NO. Our loans are asset based, this means we will lend based on the value of the asset we do not require proof of your personal income or your tax returns.
MY CREDIT IS CHALLENGED CAN I STILL APPLY ?
YES, while we do assess credit scores and higher scores will assure the best interest rates possible we often can make exceptions for low to no credit scores since our primary collateral is the asset.
CAN I GET CASH OUT?
YES, we do cash out refinances and if there is sufficient equity in your property we can do cash outs.
